GeneralThe beauty of the 50 Watt strong, 8″ SD50A combo amp from Mooer is that it’s able to reproduce vocals with as much organic clarity as an acoustic guitar and since both can be connected at the same time, it’s a complete solo setup. Two channels are provided: one for a guitar and one for a microphone, while two guitars can also be hooked up. The sound reproduction is not only warm and natural, but is capable of awesome dynamics thanks to the loaded 8″ FRFR (full range, flat response) speaker that comes backed up by a 1″ tweeter. Sent through this system, the signal is recreated with clean accuracy, whatever the frequency.
The Mooer SD50A: An Adaptable Combo Acoustic Amp
It would actually be tough to find an acoustic combo more flexible than the Mooer SD50A. Since it already comes loaded with chorus, delay, and reverb, you don’t actually need any external pedals. This amp is built for the stage as well as writing and rehearsals, since it also offers a looper that can record and loop phrases with a length of up to 150 seconds; a drum machine has even been integrated, as well Bluetooth connectivity, and a standard mini-jack AUX input. To dial in your sound, a set of gain, bass, mid, treble, and master controls have also bee fitted.
